The purpose of the Office of City Secretary is to provide support, assistance, and information to the City Council. The City Secretary provides resources to the City Council needed to make decisions, including preservation of City documents. As a result, the City Council, City employees, and Citizens of McGregor have timely and convenient access to City records. The Office of City secretary provides election services to voters and candidates involved in the decision-making process. City Hall’s customer service and the summer operation of the McGregor Aquatics Center are under the City Secretary’s direction.
