The Exchange Event Center is a 3.5 acre property with plans for three buildings (Main Hall, Cavitt Caufield Center, Jail House),and Open-Air Pavilion, and three parking lots. Currently complete is the Main Hall, Cavitt Caufield Center and Main Parking lot.
The Exchange is 15,000 sq ft. with variable lighting, and a flexible floor plan. This rustic, but elegant, event facility can accommodate up to 600 guests seated at round tables and 950 for a cocktail event. The Exchange is available for private rentals, corporate events, fundraisers, and numerous other event opportunities.

The Cavitt Caufield Center is 1,100 sq ft and accommodates 65 guests seated and up to 100 people for a cocktail event. The building features two restrooms, a refrigerator, a counter-top, and a storage closet. A 65″ tv and sound system are available for presentations. The Cavitt Caufield Center was completed in June 2020 and is available for booking.
The Jail House is 960 sq ft, accommodating 65 guests. Serving as the original Jail for the City of McGregor, it still contains a jail cell. Planning is ongoing for the Jail House.
The future Open-Air Pavilion will reside in the courtyard to the South of the Main Hall Building. Design options are currently underway with an anticipated completion date of four years.
